These super-low flat rates require the client provide any logo or graphics in an acceptable digital format with text and special instructions for layout by email or fax. Ad artwork created by the magazine remains the property of the magazine unless otherwise agreed.
Further production charges will be estimated separately and subject to client approval for any additional creative work required.

Ad Submission Information
15,000 copies per month with COLOUR and 48 pages in size. With an increase in distribution and circulation to the North Nanaimo and downtown areas, we are delivered to over 10,000 homes. We direct deliver to over 400 Nanaimo realtors and rack 1400 copies on BC Ferries and at VIA Rail Stations. As well as racking magazines at Chapters and local shopping centres, we greet cruise ship passengers and fill seat back and waiting room positions at Baxter Air, Harbour Air and Nanaimo Airport.
Ad Submission Deadline
Ad changes and bookings must be in by the 11th of each month. If you cannot meet this deadline, please contact us to see if alternate arrangements can be made.

Magazine trim size is 8.25" X 10.5".
There are no bleed ads allowed.
Printed on high-speed, cold-set web.
Screen is 100 lines per inch.
Pre-press on Macintosh platform
FINISHED AD MATERIALS ACCEPTED:
• Illustrator (save as 8.0) or
other .eps files, with fonts
saved as outlines/curves.
• Quark 3.32 with fonts.
• Press-optimized PDF's
with all fonts embedded.
• JPEG or TIFF files may not
appear as you wish with
loss of definition and 'fuzzy' fonts.
• If you provide image files, ensure
they are 200 dpi at the final size to
be used.
• Artwork files submitted in Publisher or
Word incur one-time full prep charges.
